We generally represent personal injury clients on a contingency basis.  This means that there is no cost to a client, unless and until a settlement or other financial award is achieved for the client. 

Our contingency fee rates vary depending on the matter.  Most cases involve a contingency fee of 33 1/3% of the total amount recovered.  Costs and expenses may be extra.
